Although our primary business is concerned with helping our clients acquire their dream home in the Dominican Republic we do recognise that in many situations additional services, help and advice may be required before, during and after the purchase. We are, therefore, able to offer the following facilities both to new clients as well as existing owners including those who have already arranged a purchase via another real estate agent.

1. KEY HOLDING AND SECURITY
Leaving a property unattended anywhere in the world involves some level of risk and the Dominican Republic is no exception. Even where your property is located within a Gated Community situations can arise where immediate attention and access to the property is necessary. We can hold a set of your keys in a secure location and carry out regular inspections of your property to ensure that everything is in order and be available on 24 hour call out in the event of a problem. In addition, prior to your arrival or any of your invited guests, we can ensure that all services are connected and in working order, that the property is cleaned and an initial supply of provisions provided.

2. LONG TERM RENTAL
If you are considering renting your property on a long term basis we are able to assist in finding a suitable tenant, take up references, prepare a legal rental contract and inventory as well as providing an on-going rental collection service if required. We recommend this as it ensures rental payments are duly made on time and without problems and also enables our collection personnel to ensure that your property is being cared for by the tenant.
3. SHORT TERM/HOLIDAY RENTALS
If you propose to utilise your property for this type of rental we will be happy to introduce to a reputable management company, if the development on which you have purchased does not offer this facility.

4. CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, REPAIR SUPERVISION
If you are purchasing a plot of land with a view to constructing your dream home, or acquiring a property in need of renovation or one which needs only minor repair and decoration we are able to introduce you to a range of appropriate specialists and tradesmen with whom we have had past experience and can, therefore, recommend. In addition we offer a supervisory service to ensure that all work needed is completed within agreed time scales and budget and to the highest standards of quality.

5. FINANCING.
We are all well aware of the problems in obtaining finance in the current economic climate but funding is still available provided the potential borrower can substantiate their financial position. If you are looking to arrange a mortgage for your purchase it is best to have this approved in principle before beginning to look for a property. Your negotiating position will be much stronger and a vendor will be more inclined to listen to offers from a purchaser who already has financing in place.
For those clients who are seeking funding for commercial purposes, be it for the freehold of a commercial unit or a development project, a sound and properly prepared business plan and projection is essential if you hope to obtain the support of your bank or other investors. If the project involves sales of properties, once constructed, a marketing plan will also be required. If you wish to explore any of these areas we can both assist with drawing up business plans, projections and marketing strategies and presenting these to banks in the Dominican Republic, the U.S. and private investors with whom we have established relationships
